Managed the design and product development team supporting the core brands of TPF Toys, including Splashlings, Peppy Pups, and Cut It Out!. Responsibilities included concept development, packaging direction, character and story creation, collaboration with inventors and licensing partners, and coordination with global creative and product development teams across Hong Kong and Vietnam for toy, craft, plush, and game categories.
